Crushers for Production of Pellets
Crushers are produced mainly for lines for production of pellets and briquettes where a certain fraction of the input mixture is required. Crushers are able to process biological material (straw, cleft, agricultural products, etc.) up to 45% humidity. These are heavy-duty hammer crushers. Crushers may also be used for other materials, such as waste, agricultural products, wooden pallets and the like.
They are equipped with a special protection against vibrations, protecting the structure and the surroundings from physical damage.
Crushers are series-produced in two sizes:
for lines with an output of 3.5 tonnes/hour of pellets (crusher with an output of 5 tonnes/hour)
for lines with an output of 1.5 tonnes/hour of pellets (crusher with an output of 1.8 tonnes/hour)
A crusher may also be ordered for different outputs and other materials.
